Purchase Payment Procedure

Follow this guide when making a purchase for a hassle free transaction

1) Register an account on the Stencilbum shop and include a valid email address and phone number 

2) Add your order choices to the cart, and then proceed to the checkout (you need to be registered first to save the text when ordering custom scripted designs).

3) In the cart summary, apply any discount voucher codes if you have one, confirm agreement with the terms of service using the check box, and then select Paypal method at the bottom of the page as the payment method (the transaction is handled on their secure servers), the next page is your order summary

4) In the 'order summary page', use the 'I confirm my order' button on the lower right which then takes you to the Paypal payment page where your order summary information has been transferred too.

Paying by personal cheque

You can if resident in the UK, also make payment with a cheque if you prefer, but the order will not be processed until it has been cleared by the bank. Use the contact page if you intend to do this.

Paying over the Telephone

We do not have the facility to take payments on credit or debit cards over the telephone at present, but are happy to talk you through the 'pay online' process if you use the contact form and leave a contact phone number and convenient time to call.
